PURPOSE: A ventilation and cooling-and-heating all in one system is provided to omit a blowing fan installed in a cooling-and-heating facilities because a ventilation is performed by using a blowing fan installed in a total heat exchanger and facilities for ventilation and cooling-and-heating are formed to be integrated by a flow path unit. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation and cooling-and-heating all in one system comprises a total heat exchanger(100), a heat pump(200), and a flow path unit. The total heat exchanger performs a heat exchange between indoor and outdoor air. The blowing fan(130) is installed inside of the total heat exchanger. The heat pump is connected to the total heat exchanger and performs cooling or heating thorough heat exchanging indoor air by using a cooling cycle circulation or heating cycle circulation. The flow path unit comprises a bypass valve. The indoor or outdoor air passed through the total heat exchanger is selectively supplied to the heat pump. |
