PURPOSE: An orifice plate for an engine mount filled with magneto-rheological fluid is provided to control the flow feature of the magneto-rheological fluid more efficiently. CONSTITUTION: An orifice plate for an engine mount filled with magneto-rheological fluid includes a coil assembly(30) and a core. The coil assembly comprises a coil(31) and a coil cover(32), and be applied about current from outside. A coil is winded to form a ring shape. The coil cover is combined with the coil in order to prevent the coil from directly contacting the magneto-theological fluid. A core is formed in a disk shape, and is formed being separated in a upper core(20) and a lower core(10) in order to install the coil assembly inside. The upper core and the lower core are combined at the upper and lower side of the coil assembly. A first flow path(100), a second flow path(200), and a third flow path(300) are formed inside and outside along the circumference of the core and are open in the bent form over all. The magneto-rheological fluid flowing the upper side and lower side of the core through the fluid path passes the inside and outside of the coil assembly. [Reference numerals] (AA) Bolt hole
