PURPOSE: A surveying system for updating the geodetic survey data of a geographical feature per each location based on a GPS is provided to measure the accurate GPS information of a changed location of the geographical feature and to reflect on a corresponding location of digitalized existing map information, thereby simply updating the whole map information at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A surveying system(1000) for updating the geodetic survey data of a geographical feature per each location based on a GPS comprises a geodetic survey mobile terminal unit(1100), a location information collecting unit(1400), a mapping numerical value update processing unit(1500). The geodetic survey mobile terminal unit comprises a mobile communication unit which receives LBS(Location Based Service) information based on a location of a base station while using a mobile communication service by being wirelessly connected to a mobile communication unit(1200), a GPS unit which analyzes current location information by receiving and analyzing GPS information from a GPS satellite(1300), an LBS storing unit recording the LBS information in an allocated memory domain by the control of the mobile communication unit, and a GPS storing unit recording the GPS information in the allocated memory domain by the control of the GPS unit.
