PURPOSE: A pavilion with a double safety handrail structure for preventing a fall accident is provided to easily assemble a handrail and to prevent the assembled handrail from being easily separated from the pavilion. CONSTITUTION: A pavilion with a double safety handrail structure for preventing a fall accident comprises balustrades(10), lower and upper wind cave plates(20a,20b), chair plates(30), and horizontal bars(40). The balustrades vertically installed on the top of the edge of a floor(6). The lower wind cave plates are formed between the balustrades. The chair plates are horizontally installed on the tops of the lower wind cave plates and are inserted into chair plate fixing portions of the balustrades. The upper wind cave plates are vertically installed on the tops of the chair plates in the same direction as the lower wind cave plates and are inserted into second fixing portions of the balustrades. The horizontal bars are horizontally installed in horizontal bar fixing portions of the balustrades and prevent the upper wind cave plates from being separated from the balustrades.
