#CMT# #/CMT# The pipe and/or coupling has two layers and a central layer comprising, in a thermoplastic matrix, additives or a mixture of antioxidant additives that migrate in neighboring layers. The layer has content constituted of a molecule of molecular weight less than 740 grams per mole for constituting a reservoir. Material weight of the antioxidant additives comprising molecules of molecular weights that are situated in a range comprised between 500 and 4100 grams per mole. An inner layer contacts with a fluid to be transported e.g. drinking water. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Thermoplastic material pipe and/or coupling for a pipeline that is utilized for transporting heat or cold fluids i.e. drinking water, in alimentary industry. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The content of the central layer is constituted of the molecule of molecular weight less than 740 grams per mole for constituting the reservoir, thus permitting to compensate losses of the antioxidant additives in a course of time, while allowing rapid circulation of the antioxidant additives in the central layer towards the inner layer. The additives provide a low migration capacity and a high oxidation induction time to the thermoplastic matrix to increase thermal stability of polymer and/or effectiveness of stabilizers. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# The layers are made of a polyolefin, polyamide, and/or polyvinylidene fluoride, and/or polyvinyl chloride, and/or post chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, and a random polypropylene. |
