<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail marketing system in which advertisement distribution is performed by narrowing down a target from an action history of each user on a web site. <P>SOLUTION: When a user terminal 1 accesses a specified web site 31, an access analysis server 4 stores access information transmitted from the user terminal 1 in an access information storage part 5, in accordance with a script tag 23 which is embedded in the web page. When an extraction condition of the access information transmitted from a client terminal 6 of an operator of the web site 31 is received by extraction condition reception means 40, the access analysis server 4 extracts a user ID conforming to the extraction condition from the access storage part 5, in extraction means 50.
