PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection instrument enabling efficient measurement in an inspection device such as a biosensor using transistors, and to provide the inspection device.

SOLUTION: An inspection instrument is provided which includes: at least one storage part for an electrolytic solution which has an opening for an external electrode and an opening for a reference electrode on the bottom surface and can store the electrolytic solution therein; and at least one storage part for inspection which has an opening for a reference electrode and an opening for signal extraction on the bottom surface and can store a liquid to be inspected therein.
