<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a plurality of power conversion circuits (inverters 30, 34, 38, 42 and 46) are connected to a high voltage battery 10, the time needed to specify the insulation failure part is elongated or specifying the insulation failure part becomes very difficult. <P>SOLUTION: The inverters 30 and 34, the inverters 38 and 42, and the inverter 46 are classified into separate categories and between these categories and the high voltage battery, and between categories and a high voltage battery 10 may be electrically interrupted by relays Rm, Ra, and Rb.
