<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying machine which can reliably dry a workpiece, and can prevent workpiece from scattering while at work. <P>SOLUTION: This drying machine is equipped with a receiving pan 52 for mounting a collection vessel 45; a hood 53 for sealing the collection vessel 45 mounted on the receiving pan 52 from above and beneath; and an air supply/discharge means 54 for supplying air in the hood 53 and discharging the air. The receiving pan 52 has a through-hole 521 at a part that the bottom 451 of the mounted collection vessel 45 faces. The air supply/discharge means 54 is equipped with a blower (not shown by figure) for sending air preferably hot air, a supply pipe 542 for supplying air from the blower in an upper hood part 531 and a discharge pipe 543 for discharging air from inside of a lower hood part 532. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
