<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel position variable vehicle of a simple structure, that is improved in the convenience and action stability of a vehicle and can achieve more free vehicle action. <P>SOLUTION: The wheel position variable vehicle includes: a turning actuator 340 provided in each wheel 390 to change direction of the wheel in relation to a vehicle body 100; a tread and wheel base changing actuator 350 provided each between each wheel 390 and the vehicle body 100 to move each wheel 390 to an optional position on a predetermined path (a wheel unit movement path 200); and a controller 500 for outputting a wheel position change command to the tread and wheel base changing actuator 350 based on a target geometry corresponding to a travelling condition. In the controller 500, a distance from a wheel on an acceleration direction side to a position of a center of gravity is set longer than that from a wheel on the opposite side to the acceleration direction to the position of the center of gravity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
