<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone liquid generator which can increase the ozone gas generation efficiency of an ozone liquid generator to generate a high concentration of ozone water with a simple and space-saving structure capable of circulating a gas in a gas-liquid mixer. <P>SOLUTION: The ozone liquid generator is provided with: an ozone gas generator 101 for generating ozone gas; a gas/liquid mixer 102 for mixing the ozone gas with a liquid to generate an ozone liquid; a gas/liquid separator 103 for separating the gas-containing liquid, which is a liquid containing gas, into gas and liquid; a gas circulation path A for circulating the gas into the gas/liquid mixer 102; and a liquid circulation path B1 for circulating the liquid into the gas/liquid mixer 102.
