<p>A light emitting diode with high efficiency is provided to discharge the heat generated in operation of a light emitting device to an outside rapidly by forming a heat discharging unit on a substrate. A light emitting diode with high efficiency includes a substrate(100), a first lead pattern(120a) and a second lead pattern(120b) which are spaced and formed on the substrate(100), a heat radiating portion which is formed through the substrate(100) and connected with the first lead pattern(120a) thermally and electrically, and a light emitting chip(140) which is mounted on the first lead pattern(120a) and connected with the second lead pattern(120b). The heat radiating portion is formed by hardening the mixture of metal powder and paste.</p> |
