<p>The method comprises applying a precursor with a transparent conductive oxide (TCO) on a carrier element (2) by a wet-chemical method, drying the precursor with the TCO, irradiating the applied precursor with a laser along a pattern, where the precursor is sintered along the pattern, and removing a non-sintered precursor with the TCO from the carrier element using a solvent so that the sintered precursor remains on the carrier element and forms a microstructure lattice (10). The wet-chemical method is a sol gel method. The precursor contains a metal salt.
