The Braille module (1) has movable Braille pins (2a-2h) that are provided to represent different Braille characters. Several sensors (3a-3m) are installed for recognizing whether a reading element or a finger of user is present at the module surface. The sensors are selected from one of planar sensor, linear sensor, capacitive sensor, inductive sensor, pressure sensor, piezo sensor, optical sensor and sound wave-steered sensor. The contact interruption or position change or movement of the reading element or finger is detected. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for entering control instructions into Braille module; and (2) a program stored in memory medium for entering control instructions into Braille module.
