PURPOSE: A thin film type silicon solar cell module is provided to prevent a short by forming an insulation layer between a rear electrode and a back sheet. CONSTITUTION: An insulation layer is formed on the outer side of a rear electrode(70). A heat radiation back sheet(90) is formed on the outer side of the rear electrode. A coating layer is formed on both sides of the heat radiation back sheet. An oxide coating layer and a heat resistant coating layer are formed on the coating layer. A ceramic coating layer is formed on the outer side of the oxide coating layer.
