<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify suppression effects on not only a flicker, but also reactive power, and to verify compensation effects of even a large-capacity reactive power compensation device at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A compensation effect verification device which verifies suppression effects on a voltage flicker by a reactive power compensation device and power factor improvement effects on a load includes: first operation means of inputting a system voltage and a load current to a system model to compute a system voltage before improvement, and computing a flicker value before improvement from the system voltage; second operation means of computing a power factor before improvement from the load current and the system voltage before improvement; third operation means of inputting the system voltage and load current to a compensation device model to compute a system current after improvement, inputting the system current and system voltage to the system model to compute a system voltage after improvement, and computing a flicker value after improvement from the system voltage; fourth operation means of computing a power factor after improvement from the system voltage after improvement and the load current after improvement; and fifth operation means of computing a flicker improvement rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
