<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing device that can ensure accuracy for recognizing screen masks and substrates by using a recognition device having a simple configuration with a single camera, and to provide an image recognition method in a screen printing device. <P>SOLUTION: The screen printing device includes: a single camera 41 in which an imaging unit 17 for capturing images of substrates and screen masks in the screen printing device is disposed in such manner that the incident light axis A1 thereof points in a horizontal direction; a half mirror 44 that forces imaging light, which is incident through a lower imaging optical axis A3, to strike the camera 41; and a mirror 45 that forces the imaging light, which is incident through an upper imaging optical axis A2 and is transmitted by the half mirror 44, to strike the camera 41. The screen printing device is configured so as to have an upper illuminating part 46A and a lower illuminating part 46B, which individually illuminate each object to be imaged. Imaging light is captured by the camera 41 after the upper illuminating part 46A and the lower illuminating part 46B have been individually operated in a mask imaging step and a substrate imaging step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
