PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool multiple power storage cells.

SOLUTION: A power storage module includes: first and second members where passages allowing a cooling medium to flow therein are formed; and multiple flat plate like power storage cells disposed between the first and second members. The multiple flat plate like power storage cells are disposed between the first and second members so that flat plate surfaces of the power storage cells, located adjacent to the first and second members, contact with the first and second members.
