<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution of a rust removing agent that can dissolve an organic acid in high concentration and has a high reaction rate with rust while reducing effect on human bodies and environment. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous solution of the rust-removing agent contains, based on the whole aqueous solution (100 wt.%): 0.5-25 wt.% of an organic acid (A); an amine in such an amount that a neutralization rate to the organic acid (A) is 100-150%; and further an organic acid (B) and/or an inorganic acid in such an amount that a neutralization rate to the amine is at least 80%, wherein the organic acid (A) is at least one of oxalic acid, sulfamic acid, glycine, malonic acid, succinic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, gluconic acid, glycolic acid, and glyoxylic acid; the organic acid (B) is at least one of acetic acid, formic acid, propionic acid, butyl acid, and methanesulfonic acid; and the inorganic acid is at least one of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
