<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can enhance evolvability of suspension performance showing a suspension state of variable display, and can improve amusement of a game for a player. <P>SOLUTION: While performance symbols are variably displayed on the basis of the entrance of a game ball, variable display of performance symbols based on the entrance of additional game balls into a first starting port or a second starting port is turned suspended. The suspension state is displayed by rock images 41 during suspension. When the suspension is released, rock images 42 during variation succeeding the reservation display are displayed. A suspension succeeding performance using the rock images 42 during variation is performed. The suspension succeeding performance is varied on the basis of the detection of a performance button detecting switch.
