摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image encoding device capable of reducing intra-prediction errors by focusing on a reference pixel used for intra-prediction and introducing adaptive processing which reduces encoding distortion of the reference pixel, and performing highly-efficient intra-encoding. <P>SOLUTION: An image encoding device for performing image encoding processing using intra-prediction which performs spatial inter-pixel prediction comprises: filter means for performing filter processing which reduces encoding distortion superposed on a reference pixel using a pixel value of a similar region in an encoded region with respect to a reference pixel of intra-prediction; and encoding means for generating an intra-prediction value corresponding to a specified prediction mode using the reference pixel after filter processing performed by the filter means, generating an intra-prediction error value which is a differential value between the intra-prediction value and a pixel value of an original image, and outputting encoded data by performing encoding processing for the intra-prediction error value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
