<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen container for a small amount of specimen, which is suited for automatic sucking by a specimen automatic analyzer equipped with a suction tube. <P>SOLUTION: A specimen container used for a specimen automatic analyzer equipped with a suction tube comprises: a specimen containing part 2c which has a bottomed cylindrical shape with an opening at the top and includes, at a top side, an engaging part having a cylindrical shape of which outer diameter is smaller than a bottom side; a cylindrical body 3 which has openings at both ends thereof and includes a holding part 3b configured so as to be able to engage with the engaging part inserted from one end thereof and to face the engaging part which is inserted; and a sealing member 4 which is held by the holding part and the engaging part and seals the opening of the specimen containing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
