PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of adjusting operation for an imaging mechanism that is covered with a cover member. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus storage mechanism includes a displacing mechanism, in which a base part 101 holding a camera 201 is coupled with the cover member 102 which forms storage space for storing the camera 201 with the base part 101, while being disposed opposite to the base part 101 by a coupling part 103, which makes its coupling position freely movable in the surrounding of a storage space. The coupling part 103 couples the base part 101 and cover member 102 together so that the cover member 102 is displaced freely between the position, where the storage space is formed and the position where the storage space is opened to the outside. Consequently, the adjusting operation for the camera 201 can be performed, without having to completely detach the cover member 102 from the base part 102, while the position of the coupling by the coupling part 103 is suitably moved to a position where the cover member 102 is not an obstacle.
