PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal device, a radio communication system and a radio communication method by which users can share key information used to encrypt data in a method easy for the users when having communication between radio terminals. SOLUTION: A radio terminal 100 has: a radio communication unit 110 which performs radio communication with an opposite terminal 200; a contact detector 120 which detects contact with the opposite equipment 200; an encryption key generator 130 and an encryption key determining unit 135 which process encryption key information; and a data processor 140 which encrypts or deencrypts data to be sent or received. The radio terminal 100 acquires the encryption key information to be used for radio communication in the timing where the contact detector 120 detects the contact with the opposite terminal 200 to share the key information with the opposite terminal 200.
