PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered penetration capacitor array for removing both a common mode noise or a deferential mode noise. SOLUTION: A first internal electrode for signal is connected to first terminal electrodes 1A and 1B for signal. A second internal electrode 30 for signal is connected to second terminal electrodes 2A and 2B for signal. A first internal electrode 40 for ground is connected to a first terminal electrode 3 for ground. A second internal electrode 50 for ground is connected to a second terminal electrode 4 for ground. The first internal electrode 20 for signal and a second internal electrode 50 for ground include opposite sections with an insulating layer 11 interposed between them. The second internal electrode 30 for signal and the first internal electrode 40 for ground include opposite sections with the insulating layer 11 interposed between them.
