<p>The air distribution unit (1) comprises a fluid conduit through which a fluid flows. The fluid is tempered from a remote location by an air machine arranged in the air distribution unit. The air distribution unit is arranged in a connecting region of a side wall (8) and cealing (7) of a space. A horizontal extension and a vertical extension are formed, where the horizontal extension is not greater than 100 centimeters and the vertical extension is not greater than 50 centimeters. An independent claim is also included for an air-providing arrangement, particularly for heating or cooling of living spaces in a multi-party residential property.</p>
