A pressing element is gripped at the ramp ring for locking the ramp ring and/or an operating element i.e. lever spring (16), for moving the pressing plate. A speed-dependent locking element (20) increases contact pressure applied from the pressing element on the ramp ring with rising rotation speed of the pressing element and/or the ramp ring.
