PURPOSE: A producing method of functional liquid salt containing bioactive substances is provided to use the bioactive substances obtained from sasa quelpaertensis, lotus leaves, green tea leaves, reed, mulberry leaves, turmeric, and red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional liquid salt containing bioactive substances comprises the following steps: washing ingredients, and washing with clean water(S1); mixing the ingredients with sea water, and heating the mixture at 70-110 deg C for 4-24 hours for hot water extracting(S2); firstly filtering solid impurities from the obtained extract, and centrifugal separating the extract(S3); firstly heating the extract at 80-150 deg C for 10 hours using a caldron while removing foam(S3); obtaining supernatant from the concentrated extract(S5); secondly heating and concentrating the supernatant at 80-150 deg C in the caldron while removing the foam to obtain the salt(S6); thirdly heating and concentrating the salt at 100 deg C(S7); and obtaining second supernatant from the concentrate, and packaging the obtained liquid salt in a bottle(S8,S9). |
