<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bias of light emission distribution of a light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises: a base substrate 11; a light-emitting element 12 composed of a semiconductor material and mounted on the base substrate 11 for generating a first light beam; a light-emitting member 13 including a fluorescent material radiating a second light beam by being excited by the first light beam, having a sheet-like shape, and provided above the light-emitting element; and an optical member 24 having a flat-shaped top face opposed to the light-emitting member 13 and composed of a translucent material arranged between the light-emitting element 12 and the light-emitting member 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
