<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grained leather-like sheet that has excellent secondary processability and excellent mechanical properties and imposes a low burden on an environment. <P>SOLUTION: A grained leather-like sheet comprises a grain side including a surface layer and one or more adhesive layers on at least one surface of a base material, and simultaneously satisfies the followings: (1) The surface layer is a layer including a self-emulsifying, water-dispersible polyurethane resin having carboxyl groups and polyoxyalkylene glycol moieties comprising a 1-3C oxyalkylene repeating unit in a molecule; (2) Eighty mol% or more of the carboxyl groups of the self-emulsifying, water-dispersible polyurethane resin at an outer surface of the surface layer remains without being cross-linked; (3) The self-emulsifying, water-dispersible polyurethane resin has a heat softening temperature in a range of 150°C or more and 200°C or less, and a storage modulus (E') at 150°C in a range of 3.0 MPa or more and 30.0 MPa or less; and (4) The surface layer and the base material are bonded together through the one or more adhesive layers including the water-dispersible polyurethane resin and a cross-linking agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
