<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake for a vehicle capable of suppressing a cylinder part side of a caliper body from inclining in a direction descending by its own weight by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A second pad holding pieces 13c of a pad hold spring 13 having a plurality of pad holding pieces 13b, 13c is a caliper raising piece which biases a face facing downward of a back plate 7b of a friction pad 7 of an acting part side in a direction abutting on a face facing upward of a caliper bracket 4 and has resilient force for biasing the caliper body 3 in the direction raising the same via a piston 9 by a reaction force generated by the back plate 7b and the caliper bracket 4 abutting on each other with the caliper body 3 attached to the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
