<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductivity measurement method improved in measurement accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The heat conductivity measurement method measures heat conductivity λt of a specimen 10 in a thickness direction Ft from a heating plate 100 toward a cooling plate 200 by arranging the specimen 10 between the heating plate 100 and the cooling plate 200.
