<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system, an operation control device, and an operation control method for electric power system that place an electric power system in stable operation while making maximum use of a renewable energy power generator. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of renewable energy power generators and a plurality of thermal and hydroelectric power generators are connected to the electric power system, and a center system generates an automatic frequency control signal for eliminating power demand imbalance of the electric power system, and controls the plurality of thermal and hydroelectric power generators. A renewable energy power generation control system which controls the renewable energy power generators finds a cooperable amount as a power generation amount of the renewable energy power generator which can be connected to the electric power system using electric power variation of the renewable energy power generator due to meteorological condition variation and electric power capacity that the thermal and hydroelectric power generators can bear, send individual power generation commands for suppressing the total power generation amount of the renewable energy power generator within the cooperable amount to the renewable energy power generator, and acquires basic information for finding the cooperable amount through cooperation by the center system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
