<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which has improved photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell 1 comprises a photoelectric conversion part 10, a first electrode 21 and a second electrode 22. The first electrode 21 is disposed on one principal plane 10a of the photoelectric conversion part 10, and the second electrode 22 is disposed in a smaller area than the first electrode 21 on other principal plane 10b of the photoelectric conversion part 10. The first electrode 21 includes a first of first electrode conductive layer 21a and a second of first electrode conductive layer 21c. The first of first electrode conductive layer 21a is disposed on the one principal plane 10a of the photoelectric conversion part 10. The second of first electrode conductive layer 21c is disposed on the first of first electrode conductive layer 21a. The first of first electrode conductive layer 21a has higher optical reflectance than that of the second of first electrode conductive layer 21c.
