<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fiber reinforced resin made support bar for a substrate storage cassette, by which a fiber reinforced resin made support bar, light in weight and provided with high bending rigidity, is manufactured with a high cycle at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber reinforced resin made support bar for a substrate storage cassette is manufactured through: an inner cylinder body forming step of forming an inner cylinder body 4 by winding a plurality layer of fiber reinforced resin made prepreg 3 on a long core material 2 with a square shaped sectional; a laminate step of forming a preform body 6 by laminating a reinforced layer 5 comprising the fiber reinforced resin made prepreg 3 on the side surface of the inner cylinder body 4 along the axial direction of the inner cylinder body 4; a wrapping step of winding a wrapping tape 7 on the outer layer of the preform body 6; and a heating and curing step of heating the wrapped preform body 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
