A structural arrangement for a blender allows the blender blades to rotate continuously at a speed higher than 3600 rpm, whatever the texture of the food being ground, and reduces the noise level in that the alternating current (AC) motor is replaced by a direct current (DC) motor powered by a single source, with field winding and armature connected in parallel, as in shunt motors and compound motors. |
