<p>This portable apparatus is provided with: a plurality of parametric speakers that output a sound each having directivity in a different specific direction; an attitude detection unit that detects the attitude of the portable apparatus; and a selection unit that, on the basis of attitude information detected by the attitude detection unit, selects, from among the plurality of parametric speakers, a parametric speaker of which the direction of the directivity of output sound is contained in a predetermined angular range from a predetermined direction, and causes a predetermined notification sound to be output only by the selected parametric speaker.</p> |
