A first information terminal comprises a device which, when a specific code is transmitted, accesses a first database which stores personal information (information B) of a possessor of the first information terminal, and provides a first server with information (A) which is necessary to acquire the information (B). Personal confidential information, as typified by medical information, is thus provided to a third person who cannot be set in advance as an information provision subject while maintaining information security.
