The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a method for a base station to transmit control information through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in a wireless communication system. The method includes: generating a resource indication value by using starting point information and length information on a continuous Resource Block (RB) and applying a scale factor determined based on a system bandwidth to the starting point information and the length information; generating a Downlink Control Information (DCI) including the resource indication value and used for uplink approval; and transmitting the DCI through the PDCCH.
