<p>The present invention discloses anti human CD20 (hCD20) monoclonal antibodies and nucleic acid sequences encoding them. Preferably, the anti hCD20 antibodies of the present invention comprise fully human light and/or heavy chain variable regions derived from molecular evolution. Also disclosed are potentiality of pharmaceutical compositions comprising the human antibodies in human disease treatment and therapeutic methods for using the human antibodies.</p> |
