The hearing aid (1) has a section (5) partially or fully formed from an absorbent fiber material with respect to liquid and guided in an ear canal. The section includes a cover (7), and a hollow cylinder is arranged on the cover and made of fiber material that is in contact with a fluidic medicinal product and selected from polyvinyl alcohol. An abutting section is inserted into the ear canal, and a connection part is designed as an oto-plastic part (3) and plug-in connection part (6). The abutting section is provided with regions that are connected with each other.
