PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing a wind power tower having the shortest circulation, and a method for manufacturing the wind power tower are provided to minimize a process time with increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: A system for manufacturing a wind power tower having the shortest circulation comprises a raw material storage(3), and an indoor working space(1). . A cutting zone, a chamfering zone, a bending zone, and a rectilinear welding zone are formed in the indoor working space in series. The indoor working space is closely formed to the raw material storage. Steal plates are supplied from a steal supply plate(5), and the steal plates are cut, chamfered, and bent. A flange from a flange supply port is fitted into a bent tabulate cell at a flange fitting part. A storage section(S) is closely formed to the indoor working space. |
