PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate useless power consumption of a motor and to extend the life of the motor.

SOLUTION: A vehicle door opening/closing device using the driving force of the motor using a battery as a power supply for opening/closing a vehicle door, includes a motor control part for controlling a voltage to be applied to the motor in a range not exceeding a battery voltage and also adjusting a time for energizing the motor with pulse width control to adjust electric energy to be supplied to the motor. The motor control part adjusts the voltage to be applied to the motor and the time for energizing the motor to increase/decrease the driving force of the motor so that a moving speed of the door approximates a target speed.
