<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document revision management system and a document revision management program capable of performing notification when revision contents of a certain document has not been reflected on other related documents. <P>SOLUTION: A selection instruction reception part 25 receives a revision instruction for a document to be revised. A related document identification part 12 identifies documents related to the revision instruction as related documents, among documents except the document to be revised. A revision notification part 15 creates a revision origin pointer including information indicating the document to be revised, for each related document. A list output part 13 outputs a document list.
