<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like composition capable of being formed in an arbitrary shape, a method for producing the same and a method for producing cellulose particles by using the gel-like composition. <P>SOLUTION: The gel-like composition comprises a salt except an ionic liquid, an ionic liquid and a cellulose. The method for producing the gel-like composition includes (a) a step of preparing a cellulose solution by mixing the salt except the ionic liquid, the ionic liquid and the cellulose, (b) a step of preparing a droplet dispersion of the cellulose solution by dispersing the cellulose solution in an organic solvent having low compatibility with the ionic liquid and (c) a step of cooling the droplet dispersion of the cellulose solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
