<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air belt device, which is capable of achieving space saving and weight saving, and which has superior operability. <P>SOLUTION: An ELR4 is provided at a tongue 3 with which the tip of the air belt 2 is connected. One end of the webbing 6 is connected to the rear end of the air belt 2, and the other end is connected to the ELR4 in the manner to be taken up. The halfway part of the webbing 6 in the extending direction is hanged to a shoulder through anchor 11 and a lap through anchor 13.
