<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium sheet having excellent polishing property, and capable of shortening the polishing time. <P>SOLUTION: Vickers hardness Hv of a surface of a titanium sheet at the measurement load of 0.245 N is 150 to 350. The depth h of a dent on the surface satisfies the condition of inequality (1): h≤(Hv/75)+2, and the grain size of the surface is ≤30 μm. The method for manufacturing the titanium sheet includes a cold rolling step of executing cold rolling under the condition that the maximum rolling-reduction ratio per pass is ≤20%, by using a rolling roll having the diameter of 40 to 100 mm, and using a lubricant having the kinematic viscosity at 40°C is 7 to 20 cSt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
