<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expedite a buildup of output voltage on power input without reducing a phase margin. <P>SOLUTION: A buildup of supply voltage increases an input voltage Vinp above Vinm to turn on a transistor 9 and turn off a transistor 10, so that an entire operating current supplied to a differential pair 11 flows to the transistor 9. Since no current flows into a current detection circuit 62, a transistor 73 is turned off to cause an incremental operating current I2 output by a second constant current circuit 69 to flow into the differential pair 11 via a diode 72. The current flowing to the transistor 9 is a stationary operating current I1 plus the incremental operating current I2, and a charging current to a phase compensation capacitor 8 increases to expedite a buildup of output voltage Vo. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
