<p>The purpose of the invention is to achieve a reduction in work dolly size while making it possible to support the work dolly so as to be capable of stable movement. The assembly work conveyor device is provided with: work dollies that have moving dollies with multiple movement parts (such as casters), which are capable of moving on a movement surface, the moving dollies being capable of moving along an elliptical movement path, and work boards that are mounted on the moving dollies and that extend further inside the elliptical movement path than the multiple movement parts; and the upper part of a movement-driving part that moves the work dollies along the elliptical movement path. The assembly work conveyor device is provided with an auxiliary support surface along at least a portion (for example, the curved portions) of the elliptical movement path at a position on the inside of the elliptical movement path. The work dollies are provided with auxiliary support parts that contact the auxiliary support surface further inside the elliptical movement path than the multiple movement parts and that support the weight of the work boards.</p> |
