摘要 PURPOSE: A geodetic survey system for measuring a topography variation and fluctuation rate is provided to conveniently set up a normal coordinate. CONSTITUTION: A geodetic survey system for measuring a topography variation and fluctuation rate comprises a field observing device(100) and a normal coordinate transmitter(30). The field observing device comprises a GPS receiver(110), a camera(120), a driving distance checking unit(180), a signal transmitter(190), a control unit(170), an I/O unit(150), a storing unit(140), and an inclination sensor(130). The inclination sensor comprises a water tank, a floating sphere, and a supporting spring. The water tank contains water in inside and a recessed groove having a constant distance from the center of a circle is continued throughout 360 degree in the water tank. A plurality of sensors, which detects a distance to approaching metal, is embedded in an inner wall of the recessed groove. The floating sphere accommodates air in inside to be floated in the water of the water tank and is extended from the center of the circle and comprises two metal rods which are horizontally fixed in both sides of an exterior surface. Longitudinal cuts of the two metal rods are inserted into the recessed groove of the water tank. The supporting spring provides an elastic force to absorb external impact generated by loading the floating sphere on the top when driving a vehicle.
